Hwan-Bom Yi, a professor at the INHA University of Seoul, Korea is
currently a visiting scholar in the UNC Art Department. Professor
Yi joins us to meet with faculty and graduate students, to
participate in the intellectual life of the department, and to
pursue his art work. Professor Yi is a painter and while in
Chapel Hill he will be creating artworks that represent Western
environments through Asian painting techniques. Accompanied by
his wife, So-in and his son, Ji-yop, Professor Yi hopes to remain in
Chapel Hill until early February of 2006. If you would
